How does the fractional laser work?

Known in the United States under the name of StarLux Fractional, the fractional laser is a high power laser that practices tiny holes under the first layer of the skin, effectively practicing an abrasion that doesn’t redden or burn the epidermis. It is a non-invasive cure, as it acts from outside and stops at the first layer of the skin, and gives good results from the first session.
